This client supports projects ranging from education and leisure, to commercial and residential with a value up to £10m – £50m

Position: Site Manager

Job type: Full time / Permanent

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000+ company benefits

Location: Nottingham

Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager with our Midlands team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the surrounding areas.
You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
You will also maintain project targets and ensure that all procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.Your Experience:

Site manager experience with on building projects ranging from £1m – £50m
CSCS Card
SMSTS
Experience working within a range of sectors: Commercial; Residential; Education etc.
