Site Manager

My client is a well established regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget. Typically the jobs range in value from £1m to £5m. Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join their business on a full time permanent basis. You must be an experienced No.1 Site Manager used to managing and running your own job from inception to completion. Ideally you will have a diverse background in terms of the types of project you have worked on covering healthcare, education and industrial. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for a regional contractor. Although some travel is involved the majority of the work is local to the East Midlands.
