Salary: £276 – £288 per day
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on a site of two unique new build houses, each unit will be circa 4,000 sq ft and will be finished to an extremely high standard.
The successful Site Manager will be taking this site from first fix trades and continuing through to completion.
The company are a privately owned high end bespoke developer who concentrate on individual and interesting developments in the local area. You will be reporting directly to the owner and Director and will have an excellent continuity of work.
The ideal person for this position will have worked on similar schemes previously and have an excellent understanding of the higher end of the market.
