Site Manager – Educational New Build- Established contractor
Henry Martin are partnered with an established, medium sized contractor who are seeking a motivated Site Manager with new build experience. Our client operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £5Mil – £40Mil.
As a Site Manager you will form part of a team of 5 who will report to a Senior Site Manager. The project is an Educational new build with a project valuation between £25-30Mil and based in Essex.
Your background will include a strong track record of assisting in delivering successful £15Mil+ new build projects. If you are a Site Manager, with a proven background of managing Educational new builds with internal fit-outs and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
