Site Manager

Salary: £300 – £360 per day

Our client is a reputable National contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality construction projects.

Sectors they work within are Education, Leisure, Commercial and mixed use.

They are looking for 2 Site Manager’s on a large scheme in Lancashire to oversee all the Health & Safety operations on site.

Manager to Manage all the external works, groundworks, facades

Site Manager to Manage all the internal finishes through to completion

Key Objectives

Responsible for the day-to-day

Health and Safety on site

inductions

Management of sub – contractors

Ordering on site labour

Progress reporting to Snr Management

Key Deliverables

Responsible for the planning and activities for Health and safety records.

Ensuring the onsite labour team have the correct skills and qualifications for the roles they are carrying out on site

Ensuring the appropriate management systems, work processes and procedures are up to date

Responsible for all aspects of onsite Health & Safety to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures are up to date

Managing Health & Safety performance on site ensuring any accidents are avoided.

The successful candidate will have previous residential experience ideally high rise residential, student accommodation or mixed development.
