Salary: £300 – £360 per day
The successful candidate for this Shift Manager role will have responsibility for directing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, making sure that all KPI’s are hit and operations run smoothly.

Description
The responsibilities for this Shift Manager are-
Working closely with the Production Team Leads/Managers
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the shift manufacturing team
Achieve team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Coach and develop the team in regard to safe working practises
Participation in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities including leading short interval control and root cause analysis assessments.
Working as a key member of the Sites team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.
Managing non-conformance processes and corrective action activities to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards.Profile
The successful Candidate for this Shift Manager role will have-
– Worked in fast paced manufacturing environment i.e. Pharmaceutical, food etc
– You will be able to demonstrable experience of managing a team
– You will be able to demonstrate working to KPI’s and holding a team accountable
