Shift Manager

A flexible, customer focused Shift Manager is required to join our growing, leading IT Distribution company.

You would be responsible for:

Managing workflow, ensuring accuracy of timescales and objectives

Translating KPI’s to the team to ensure results are consistent

Monitor, assess and review shift performance

Manage change and be able to demonstrate high levels of productivity attainment

Motivating and developing Supervisors, Team Leaders and warehouse staff through regular appraisals and reviews

Delivering results

Planning daily/weekly workload

Liaising with third party carriers, contractors ect

Complying to legislation

Completing all legal documentation in a timely manner, i.e return to works, disciplinary procedures ect

Being responsible for any ad hoc duties deemed necessary.
