Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

Location: Northampton / Wellingborough

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + bonus and benefits

Summary:

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, rapidly growing and multi-faceted group of companies who are a market leader within the Logistics and Supply Chain sectors.

As the group continues to grow and develop there is now a need to recruit a Service Delivery Manager within the IT team at Group level. As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing day to day operations of the company network and end user interface supporting and reporting into the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the managed service partner to ensure the security and availability of company systems.

• The procurement of hardware, software licences and services.

• Ensuring all equipment remains fit for purpose including laptops, mobiles and AV equipment.

• Overseeing the patching of systems and steps needed to reduce the attack surface.

• Design, implement and monitor policies to improve end user experience and enhancing the security of devices.

• Work within the parameters of ISO 27001 policies and procedures as well as involvement in periodic reviews of ISO 27001 implementation.

• Involved in project work such as implementing new software solutions and hardware replacements.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in an IT service focused role.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure Ecosystem including AAD, Endpoint, Exchange, Sharepoint, TEAMS and Windows 10 & 11.

• Have a detailed knowledge of Infosec principles including AV/XDR, vulnerability patching, compliance policies and DNS filtering.

• Possess strong network troubleshooting capabilities.

• Knowledge in some or all of Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure SQL Server, Azure Storage, Dynamics CRM, ISO 27001 and Firewalls, Switches and VPNs would be desirable.
