Building Services Manager

Salary: £420 – £480 per day

Our client is a leading Building Services (mechanical and electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancy.

Their Principal Contractor client, would like them to provide a client-side Project Manager on a data centre project to help push the project over the line.

Duration is initlally 3-4 months with other London based projects to follow.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical bias (with supporting industry qualifications) although you will be expected to manage BOTH M and E.
• Experience working for a consultancy or Principal Contractor as a BSM, client rep or Commissioning Manager.
• Good with clients and sub-contractors.
• Data centre experience an advantage.
• IT literate.
• Available at short notice.

This is an install role, no maintenance BSMs please.
