Salary: £15.6 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic dealership as a Service Advisor in Solihull on a temporary basis
Previous experience in a service advisor position is essential as you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
You will possess exceptional organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
Knowledge of Kerridge and 1 Link experience required.
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face will require your communication skills to be exemplary. You will also be responsible for explaining the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
On offer is a pay rate of £15.6Per Hour PAYE
08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
