Customer Service Advisor – Immediate Start

Salary: £26,000per year

This position is a 6 month fixed term contract cover initially

Hours of work: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Location: Hythe

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established business based in Hythe. Due to internal movement our client is looking to recruit a customer service advisor to start with the business immediately.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for working as a member of a small part of the office-based sales and customer services contact team and will be responsible and accountable for servicing customer’s needs.

You will be required to deliver superior standards of customer service above those set for the team with behaviour that contributes positively to team morale and performance.

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Excellent customer service skills and have the willingness to go the extra mile for their customer.
Have the ability to build and maintain an instant relationship with a customer
An effective communicator, well organised with an excellent good telephone manner
Good IT skills, essential to have knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Outlook, Excel, Word, and able to use CRM systems or similar to a high degree
A team player who is both supportive and approachable
