Service Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen in the Kent area for a Service Advisor to join a very well respected and successful prestige dealership. They are looking for a highly driven, professional and dynamic individual to join their team allocating work to Technicians and dealing with any customer queries as well as upselling at every opportunity.

The role:

* Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
* You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in the maintenance area
* Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
* Effectively communicate to customers about the services being offered and to deal with customer service on an excellent level
* Upsell on optional services and accessories to the customers at every opportunity
* Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if any delays are expected
* Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package
* You will also be required to assist customers with parts enquiries as and when necessary

Who we are looking for:

* Have excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate well with people at all levels to ensure the customer’s requirements for service and repair are met
* Will have a full understanding and experience of successfully up selling and understand the importance of ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* You will be highly motivated and able to work under pressure efficiently

What’s on offer?

£22,000 – £24,000 basic

£27,000 – £29,000 OTE

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturdays 1 in 3 (morning only)
