Service Administrator/Advisor Required For Leading Award Winning Prestige Dealership Hertfordshire.

Salary: £26,400 + Bonus OTE £24,000 + Excellent Career Progression + Excellent Large Company Benefits.

My client is a dynamic, progressive automobile group that combines the synergy of world class retailers in Hertfordshire. They have continued to advance this legendary brand and have raised the bar for quality service at their dealerships.
Due to their continued growth and success an amazing career opportunity has arisen for Service Administrator/Advisor.

My client is a privately owned prestige dealer group based in Hertfordshire and they are currently seeking to recruit a Service Administrator/Advisor with at least 4-5 yrs. similar experience.

The company have a lot of internal work that goes through the workshop, about 80% 150 cars per month so this person will be responsible for allocating work to 2 PDI Techs for all internal work so extensive liaison with the sales team and when it is busy to liaise with the STL to pass work through the main workshop to ensure that customers have their vehicles ready on time.

The Service Administrator/Advisor will also be responsible for invoicing and banking so must be very accurate in their work.
Service Administrator/Advisor will also be required from time to time to cover front line service during sickness holiday and busy periods.
This Service Admin/Advisor role is ideal for someone that does not want full exposure to front line reception.
Customer service and customer comfort is a priority as each facility is clean, friendly and inviting.

Knowledge of Kerridge/Onelink software is also required. Mon-Fri 7.30-6.00 but if they start at 7.30pm then they will finish at 5.30 Sats 1in5 possibly 6.
