Customer Service Administrator
Location: Edinburgh, EH12 8NP.
Salary: Competitive, DOE.
Contract: Full time, fixed-term contract.
Saica is one of the leading European players in the development and production of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard with a production of 2.5 million tons of paper.
The Company has recently built on its’ success in the paper and corrugated market and diversified into the development and production on Flexible packaging.
With more than 9,000 employees across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Turkey, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, Saica Group has four business divisions: recycled paper production for corrugated cardboard (PAPER), recyclable materials recovery (NATUR), production of corrugated packaging (PACK) and flexible packaging (FLEX).
The consolidated turnover of the multinational group is over 3.5 billion Euros.
A vacancy exists for a commercially focused Customer Service Administrator to work, full time, as part of our team in Edinburgh, on a fixed-term contract.
Duties and responsibilities
• Ordering, delivery and stock management
• Interpreting and reviewing customer forecasts and requirements to ensure customer demands are fully met whilst minimising cost.
• Co-ordinating and processing new product developments from conception to order stage.
• Client relationship management.
• Liaison with internal and external departments.
• Ad hoc admin duties and assisting in project work
Essential skills and experience
• Previous customer service experience.
• High attention to detail with the ability to complete work to deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload.
• Effective communication skills both oral and written.
• Works well in a team-based environment.
• Customer focused with the ability to adapt his/her operating style to deliver high class customer service.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Problem solving skills with the ability to handle customer service complaints effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis in Excel and creating reports.
