This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially aware individual hoping to thrive in a dynamic team, within a leading global property consultancy. You will have full responsibility for the management of a pension fund, liaising directly with the client and the fund manager whilst helping to develop other client relationships.
About the role
This role, based at my clients state of the art London office, will see you conducting professional work for clients, ensuring all relevant requirements are in keep with RICS regulatory compliance standards.
You will have direct responsibility for the management of circa 20 mixed use properties in South East England; and will identify and deliver value enhancing initiatives (Asset Management).
My client is looking for talented surveyors to take on the position, with a view to quickly progress should you hit the ground running. Business development, as well as significant contribution to financial targets, are an important aspect of the role. Subsequently, the right candidate has plenty of opportunity for face-to-face client liaison, cross selling and identification of new business.

About you
Ideally, you will have a degree (or equivalent) alongside post-qualified (MRICS) experience and a General Practice background. You should also be comfortable selling and negotiating, with excellent presentation, marketing and communication skills.
