Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
The Client
Our client provide cost and commercial management services to a diverse range of blue chip clients and are looking for permanent or contract M&E Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their North-West team. These roles will be site based around the M62 corridor and will be to work on varying projects at varying stages.
The Role and its Responsibilities
* Contract negotiations
* Submissions
* Adherance to company procedures
* Ability to maximise profitablity on projects
* Analysis of tender submissions
* Attend project reviews
* Invoicing payments
* Commercial risk register
* Mentor intermediate staff
The Individual
In the role you will have to communicate effectively with co-workers and management staff and be able to succesfully lead a team. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in the role and have exceptional numeracy and financial skills and the ability to handle difficult accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant degree qualification
* IT literate
* NEC contract knowledge
* Relevant software package experience
Salary and Package
The salary will vary between £66,000 – £72,000 or £350-375 depending on the role applied for and qualifications, seniority and experience of the applicants. The client offers a fantastic remuneration package including pension, healthcare, car allowance, laptop and phone and christmas bonus.
