Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Freelance or Permanent M&E Quantity surveyor with experience in Ductwork installation required for specialist contractor based in Essex paying a day rate of up to £300per day or a salary of up to £40,000.

My client is a medium sized, family run business who have been in operation for over 40 years offering an elite service to some of the construction industries biggest contractors. They have a solid foundation for stability and the drive, know how and business model to grow the business year on year to become the market leaders in their field.

The right candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience of running their own project and must be proficient in cost planning, tender submissions, cost reporting and being the head of a small team that includes a junior QS.
