My Client

My Client is an established medium sized construction contractor that have been specialising in the construction industry for over 100 years. The company focuses their expertise in the Commercial, Education, Health care, Leisure and Social Housing sectors and last years turnover was around 40m.
Requirement
My Client is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor preferably based in the Sussex area on a 4.2m project in Brighton on a 56 week contract basis. Their project’s range in value from 1m through to 37m and have a full order book for the next few years so may be further contracts awarded to the right candidate.

Salary/ Package

This role has a salary and package range of 45-55k per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
