Can do, creative, motivational and passionate about services to older persons – if this describes you best then come and play a key part in our client’s older persons’ services team.

They are seeking a Senior Sheltered Scheme Officer to deliver services and manage staff within sheltered housing schemes. You will be one of two Senior Officers delivering service across twelve schemes with a team of six scheme officers between you.

will work with the older persons service Manager in leading staff within the service through a period of exciting change, responsible for delivering aspirational standards of accommodation and intensive housing management services. Our client is looking to achieve standards which can be celebrated as an example of best practice.

You will be delivering high quality services for older more vulnerable customers, alongside developing and guiding the staff team. The organisation is looking for a senior officer to support a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the service, actively working with customers, staff, families and stakeholders to help shape the services to achieve the vision.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering housing management and support to vulnerable customers with a clear understanding of current best practice in services and accommodation for older persons. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for this specialist area of work.

Working with key internal and external partners you will help to lead this busy team to deliver Intensive housing management support which will align with the other services we provide.
