The successful candidate will be joining a company with an excellent reputation, this is a brand new role created due to continued company growth.

Your daily tasks will include:

Taking customer orders via telephone and email, and inputting these detailed orders onto the system
Handling customer enquiries, seeing them through from start to finish
Assisting the sales teams with administration tasks
Upselling additional products and services to customers
Making outbound calls to customers to advise of new productsWe are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service.
