Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 per year

Our client is a leading residential groundworks subcontractor based in Wiltshire covering the South West. They are well-established and have had continuous profitable year on year growth since their beginnings and have ambitious plans to continue to dominate their market in the South West for years to come. They have a well-earned reputation for delivering groundworks roads and sewers packages with their blue-chip residential developer client base. Due to planned growth, they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage 3 – 5 schemes at any one time. The role will be office based in Swindon – with some potential for flexible working 2 days per week. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

* Financially manage 3 – 5 residential groundworks projects

* Complete and update financial reports

* Value completed works

* Arrange payments

* Manage cost value reconciliations

* Monitor monthly profit margins on projects
