Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

PSR is working with a specialist infrastructure, main contractor. Our client has secured significant funding for a future work pipeline. Operating in the energy market. We have been asked to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be part of project teams. Providing a specialist infrastructure service to clients in a growing market. This role is fully remote working.

Candidates with NEC form of contract experience in any construction or civil engineering field. Will be considered for the role

Duties Include:

• Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
• Sub-contract account management
• Monthly valuations and variations
• Monthly reporting
• Internal liaison
• Administration of NEC form of contracts

Salary & Package

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket
