My client is seeking a Snr Quantity Surveyor. The organisation is a National Main Building Contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £5M to £50M in value. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Industrial, Commercial and Retail

This position is a site-based role. The Chosen Candidate will be expected to commercially control the scheme

Duties:

Letting of all Sub-Contract and Supplier packages
Sub-Contract account management
Final account settlement
Financial reporting
Costing and control of preliminariesCandidate Profile:

Build background
5 years’ experience in a similar role
Significant supervisory experience
Able to maintain a high level of work quality against cost restraints
Proven track record on all forms of procurement
