Company/project:
* Top 10 contractor operating in the Residential, Commercial, Educational and Healthcare sectors on a national basis have an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a £36m Commercial project in London.
Essential skills/experience:
* Due to an increase in workload a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a busy team in London on a 6 month + freelance basis possibly temp to perm.
Role/duties:
* You will report into the Commercial Manager for this project.
* Manage large sections of the job autonomously and through the full construction process.
