Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

AJ Connect have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Director to relocate to the USA. We have Partnered with New York’s fastest growing independent construction consultancy.

They have an Exciting opportunity to set up and grown their new San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate is an individual who has previously worked for a large-scale consultancy, with an entrepreneurial mind set who can take a modern approach to what is often cited as a traditional and outmoded profession. You will be running your own projects over in San Francisco and will be able to work with complete autonomy in casual clothes and in a chilled atmosphere!

Requirements to be successful

* Recent experience in a PQS firm

* Ideally be MRICS qualified – (Not absolutely essential)

* Ability to run & manage a team.

* Have had exposure to large commercial projects

* The desire to help drive forward what is already shaping up to be a very successful company.

In Return you will get:

* Salary – $90,000 – $150,000 depending on your level of experience.
