They are renowned for their new build homes but also venture in to decent homes refurbishments and repairs and maintenance. This contractor operates all over the UK with London and South East being a major focus. This role is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor within the new build social housing division to come in to a business covering good sized housing project. The projects will usually consists of around 25 45+ traditional frame units, with a value of �5 – 15 million. They are seeking top Quantity Surveyor that has a proven track record with a contractor or developer on new build residential or social housing projects. You will be forward thinking able to work under pressure and wants to grow with the company for the long term.
