Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

PSR is a construction and civil engineering recruiter. We are working with a well renowned main contractor. Our clients order book has never been healthier. We have been asked to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to potentially work on either a commercial or multi-story accommodation scheme. Our client is a reputable contractor that undertakes projects such as £40m commercial developments, £10m leisure builds, to multi-storey contracts. Our clients regional office, secures work within the Yorkshire region

Duties include but not limited to:

• Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
• Sub-contract account management
• Monthly valuations, variations and payments
• Internal liaison
• Sound communication skills
• Reporting to a Commercial Lead

Salary & Package

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience.
