Senior M&E Manager

Salary: £96,000 – £102,000 per year

Our client has led the industry in improving our healthcare, making our workplaces more sustainable, making our classrooms better for learning. They have created a long term partnership with one of the UK’s leading Universities to set in motion a five year plan to create spaces that will continue to help us lead the world in medical research.

You will join the team at Senior Manager level, working under an experienced M&E Operations Director and leading the M&E on two schemes. When the install phase starts you will have a more junior colleague to assist.

The role is to take building services from inception to completion – check designs with consultants, push to create best in class solutions, innovate on programme, help select a committed supply chain and manage the projects through commissioning to fit out. You will be working for a main contractor in an M&E role, having completed full lifecycle on projects and be happy working as part of a team, but also happy to have your opinions listened to.

Previous experience of research/ healthcare would be great, but being great would be better.
