Senior Energy and Sustainability Consultant – Manchester

This well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join their established team in South Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a variety of large scale projects within the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Qualifications: Ideally candidates will have a BEng / BSc in an appropriate building services / energy / sustainability related discipline. Applicants who are fully qualified to produce Display Energy Certificates will be at an advantage.
Location: Manchester commutable from Warrington, Stockport, Liverpool, St Helens
Experience: In this instance candidates are sought with a strong background in energy / sustainability / environmental consultancy, delivering energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. It is anticipated that the successful Senior Energy Consultant will be confident in energy modelling, project management and contract administration.
Duties:
– Undertaking renewable energy feasibility studies
– Delivering energy efficiency audits
– Assisting with the delivery of BREEAM assessments
– Project management
– Building and maintaining client relationships
– Keeping up to date with all relevant building regulations
– Preparing appropriate bid documents
