Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) – Wales
c. £25-40K + benefits
Lewis Davey is delighted to be working with a leading M&E Consultancy that has been in existence for over 60 years. With a sustainability practice that has running for almost a decade, our client works on a wide range of projects across sustainable buildings and green certification.
A requirement has arisen for a Sustainability Consultant to join their dedicated Sustainability practice with a focus on delivering BREEAM Assessments but also working across Code for Sustainable Homes, SAP, Sustainability Statements, Energy Strategies, LEED and CEQUAL.
Ideally you will be an accredited BREEAM Assessor and it would be beneficial if you could offer further expertise around SAP, CfSH, thermal modelling or other relevant skillsets. However, we will consider Sustainability Consultants who have worked on BREEAM Assessments within either an environmental sustainability consultancy or construction environment who are not accredited.
Services advertised are those of an employment agency. Lewis Davey recruits talent and provides market intelligence and business development services to the Cleantech & Sustainability, Town Planning and Development, Environmental and Smart Cities industries.
For the last decade or so, we’ve specialised in working with sustainability professionals looking to progress their careers in the direction they want to. We do this by spending time to understand your career goals and aspirations, providing feedback on how your candidacy might be perceived in the market and then keeping you informed of any relevant opportunities as and when they arise.
We are always looking to welcome more people to our network of sustainability professionals and work with you over your career as you look to develop and move forward.
Also be sure to interact and connect with us through our various social media channels accessible via our website.
