My client is recruiting for a strong proven business development consultant to join their busy branch in Warrington or a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take their first step into a managment role in the near future.

Experience of running a successful industrial /manufacturing desk is required, and due to an internal promotion they have a vacancy for a successful proven business development senior consultant who wants to move into a Branch Manager role in the near future. The role is self-generating and the successful candidate will be managing and developing their own desk and taking this to the next level, helping to account manage existing business as well as growing the client base, you will be a self-starter with excellent business development and client relationship skills and have a proven track record within the recruitment industry ideally within the Industrial sector.

KEY DUTIES of a Business Development Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant

• To manage and grow the industrial desk/division to deliver a great service to clients
• Chase and win new business within the North West Region
• Responsibility for industrial growth with the current client base as well as new
• To introduce the services of my client within the North West region
• To generate and action own leads to develop new opportunities
• Manage the extensive and busy client base with site visits
• To manage your weekly KPIs and GP
• To Prepare appropriate MI to current clients
• Use various marketing tools to increase local client awareness

SKILLS REQUIRED Business Development Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Strong sales and customer service experience within a fast paced changing environment a must
• Able to communicate at all levels from temporary workers to Director level
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
• Computer literate – outlook, excel and word
• Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
• Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
• Full UK driving license required
• Must be able to sell/ develop business
• Must have a proven track record of being in a similar role or have a strong Senior Recruitment Consultant background
