SCHEDULING/PLANNING ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE CO-ORDINATOR
Salary up to £28,800per annum plus generous benefits
Based: Essex

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the newly created service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity.

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

This is an exciting, newly defined and critical role within our structure, designed to support our Customer Performance Manager (CPM) in reshaping our business.

This role will sustain our reputation for innovative and excellent customer service, giving us a unique selling point in our sector. You will assist in the implementation of the day to day operation and in championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service.

Specifically you will:

• Effectively plan and schedule Engineers to ensure that the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity
• Assist the CPM in the day to day management and administrative compliancy of the Morgan ensuring a Perfect Delivery service.
• Support in the interpretation of data generated by the business process systems, and action accordingly with communication across a variety of stakeholders

You will be either a technically competent scheduler, planner or administrator with significant potential, capability or experience of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality relationships.
