Salary: £33,600 – £40,800 per year
Service Centre Customer Coordinator
An opportunity to work with a leading aerospace company at their fantastic hanger at Luton Airport.
• Responsible for all pre input paperwork completion, travel arrangements and stage payment invoicing throughout for aircraft maintenance inputs scheduled into the facility
• Customer liaison throughout input arranging any third party services
• Sales support with customer and throughout the supply chain
• Performing post visit follow up call and customer survey completion
• Processing spares and orders and prioritising urgent parts along with Manufacturing delivery plans
• Work order management and reporting
• Run daily reports to assist Credit Control with any orders held up on our system and investigate any issues
• Producing quotations for customers
• Help to maintain work instruction process documents
• Invoice query management
Experience
• Business Jet Aircraft maintenance knowledge would be an advantage
• Financial experience would be an advantage
• Well organised, self motivated, be able to cope with multiple tasks and excellent communication skills a must
