Page Personnel are working alongside a York based manufacturing business to recruit a Team Leader for their Sales Support team, on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Description
As Sales Support Team Leader, you will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Sales Support team, totalling 6 staff. This team is responsible for providing a first-class Customer Service experience by building working relationships with customers, processing sales orders, keeping customers up to date with the status of their orders, and more.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting and managing team KPIs, coaching and motivating the team, dealing with any escalations, promptly and accurately investing day to day issues, and leading by example. You will also be responsible for reporting various pieces of information to the Sales Director.
Profile
Be immediately available or on a short notice period
Have worked in a similar role previously, ideally with management experience

Basic salary £28,800 – £33,600+ immediate start + 12 month fixed term contract + free parking on-site
