Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year
My client based in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Technical Support candidate.
The role will be working within team responsible for providing 1st/2nd line technical support. Support matters will arise from procedural daily tasks, arising from the Client Monitoring services, through to reactive telephone/E Mail requests. You should have at least 2-3 years in a 2nd Line role.
Key technical skills required;
Desktop skills with Windows XP – Win 7
Citrix or Terminal services
PC build configuration and installation
TCP/IP
MS Office
Anti-Virus
Basic Active Directory administration
Windows Server update.
Symantec
Exchange Server mailbox creation and management.
