2nd Line Desktop Support – Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory/Group Policy
An experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst is required by a leading Suffolk business at their Head Office in Ipswich. Working within the infrastructure team you’ll be responsible for solving 2nd line incidents and requests and providing technical advice to the service desk and users across the business. Other day-to-day tasks include – supporting the resolution of infrastructure related live incidents including, liaising with third-party suppliers were required to resolve issues, analysis and rectification of hardware, software and network faults and proactive monitoring of the IT Infrastructure across all data centres to ensure minimal downtime and loss of service. You’ll possess a solid background in providing 2nd line / desktop support with an in-depth knowledge of the following – Windows Server (2008, 2012), Active Directory/Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and Exchange 2010, This is an exciting contract working with some cutting edge technologies within a great team and environment.
