My client is a well-established, reputable company based in Brighouse; they are currently looking to recruit an experienced sales order processor to join their vibrant, friendly Sales Team.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Answering the telephone and assisting with customer queries
- Liaising with current Customer base and maintaining strong relationships
- Regular communication with Sales Directors/Account managers
- Monitoring orders email inbox
- Processing all sales orders
- Preparing daily picking list for warehouse staff
- Preparing information for transport company
- Ensuring BRC policies are adhered to
- Ensuring compliance to unique customer requirements
- Checking pricing
- Generating invoices
- Generating purchase order acknowledgements
- Awareness of supplier lead times.
- Supporting stock control team from time to time
- Being a team member with the ability to help out in other areas if needed.
The ideal person for this role will have a background within sales order processing and customer service.
