Warehouse and Sales Order Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 per year

We are a company that wholesale a number of luxury brands to retailers and businesses worldwide.. We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our team to manage and co-ordinate sales orders and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• • Managing fulfilment staff
  • Ensuring shipments go out on time
  • Checking customer payments
  • Managing and developing sales within Amazon Vendor
  • Stock Forecasting and Purchase Order creation
  • Warehouse management
  • Customer service
  • Receiving stock deliveries and stock checking

Your profile:

• You will have some experience of warehouse operations and fulfilment practices
• You with be competent in using spreadsheets including formulas to create forecasts
• You will have experience of using Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and sales orders
• Your previous experience will demonstrate the ability to work accurately and at speed
• You will be a motivated individual and have a bright personality – we’re a small team and need people who can use initiative and can work with a degree of independence.
• You will be a good communicator and team player able to integrate with other team members
• We are located out of town so you need to be able to drive to work each day.
