£25,000 Basic + Realistic OTE £70K+

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a Boutique Estate Agency located near Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and confident individual with sales ability to build a high preforming career.

This role offers a chance to earn significant commission and work as part of a busy, established team.

Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and assessing their particular needs
Register and manage applicants
Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
Liaising with solicitors
Excellent negotiating skills
Ability to work under pressure
An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
