Our South Cheshire client is undergoing a period of exciting expansion due to consistent sales growth and is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Crewe.

UP TO £58K DOE PLUS COMMISSION
THE ROLE
* Managing the lead generation and new business development team to achieve daily targets and KPI’s
* Monitoring team performance to ensure that all sales leads are acted upon and all opportunities for new business are fully maximised
* Building own sales pipeline, carrying out targeted research into new client sectors and contacting potential customers to promote company services
* Identifying opportunities and visiting client sites to continue the sales process
* Organising and attending trade exhibitions to promote business
* Carrying out staff appraisals
* Recruitment of new staff due to continued company expansion
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who can provide influence and drive the business forward and has the following:
* Previous experience of leading a team of business development sales staff
* A strong record of developing new business and able to deliver sales presentations
* Strong leadership and performance management skills
* Target focused and commercially aware
* A good level of IT literacy
