Sales Centre Manager

Central Employment are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Centre Manager in a leading electronics company to drive sales in Europe using the London experience centre as a tool. Run the centre, book and manage events and give tours to our customers.

Key Responsibility
•Create an understanding experience for everyone who interfaces with the company through the centre and enhance the company’s reputation
•Mange the day to day operations of our London experience and training centre
•Ensure the experience centre is a best-in-class facility and have all the tools to tell both the functional and aesthetic story of our products and solutions
•Manage the training, residential and commercial experience centre calendar, coordinate customer visits, lead follow and special events for the centre, tracking results
•Act as the internal ambassador for all visitors to the centre, providing tours to show, tell and sell the company solutions and how there solutions help the lives of our customers
•Provide tours for VIPs and special guests of our leadership team
•Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience centre current with the clients latest product innovations
•Work closely with the local salesforce to follow up on new project opportunities that have been generated by the centre
•Work closely with the leaders of all the centres sales and marketing teams to implement a standardized process how we capture and report on the impact our centres have to the market and our business
•Coordinate with Public relations and social media teams to leverage marketing and event activity to build brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities
•Manage the budget for the EA experience centre

Essential Requirements
•Electronic engineering degree
•Fluent in one of the following languages Spanish/French/German/Italian/Russian plus English
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in event planning and /or show room management
•Proven track record in marketing communications and or/sales role in a retail and/or showroom environment
•Must be highly organised and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects
•Public speaking and/or event coordination experience
•Excellent presentation skills with the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical knowledge
•Detail orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Demonstrated flair for design is a plus
