Due to business demand, our client who are a leading UK manufacturer are looking to expand by adding a Sales / Customer Services Administrator to their existing team. Offered on a permanent basis, as a Sales / Customer Services Administrator, you will handle a mix of in-bound calls, emails, customer queries and order processing for our client based in the Jarrow area of Tyne and Wear. Using a bespoke ordering system, you must be able to adapt to new systems and have friendly yet professional attitude as a representative of our well known client.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 year’s previous experience in a similar customer service role with great communication skills, high attention to detail and good computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales / Customer Services Administrator role:
* Daily communication with customers via email and telephone.
* Solve customer queries to a satisfactory standard
* Maintain bespoke CRM system
* Other ad hoc duties as business demands
Skills, Experience & Qualifications sought
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Preferable 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role (call centre experience advantageous)
* Close attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Computer literate particularly Word, Excel & CRM Software.
* Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and take ownership of service quality issues.
