Customer Service Representative

We have Customer Service roles available in our already successful and rapidly expanding Call Centre at The Brightside Group with immediate starts. The Brightside Group is one of the largest and fastest growing insurance brokers and financial services businesses in the UK.

You could have worked as a Customer Service Agent, Retail Advisor, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Executive, Receptionist or Front of House Assistant.

Customer Service Salary Rate: £26,000Basic rising to £15,000 on completion of probation. OTE of £20,000, plus achievable monthly bonuses!

Job Role

You will be working within the newly developed Bridge Customer Service team answering calls and responding to Customer emails regarding their Insurance with ASDA, Debenhams and Readers Digest. The queries will vary from &#34comfort calls” to questions, queries, complaints and requests to change details. You will try and find a solution to the customer’s problem.

Knowledge and Skills

* Experience gained from a previous insurance or customer services role is desirable although not essential as we provide full training for willing candidates who have the right attitude and are looking to pursue a successful career in Customer Service.
* You will be a team player who is comfortable dealing with customers and resolving their issues. You will be calm under pressure and be able to deal with complaints and on occasions unhappy customers.

Location

With a great North Bristol location in our spacious call centre overlooking the Severn Bridge which avoids the traffic blackspots. Only 25 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from Aztec West, with plenty of free parking. Due to our location you will need your own transport to commute to our office.
