Sales and Marketing Director
Role Summary: We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to join our friendly team based in London.
Main duties and responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for sales and marketing of woven and knit apparels in the UK market.
-You will be the Company’s main point of contact for our clients operating in the UK.
-You will be responsible for creating new business and adding new clients in the UK market.
– You will be closely working with design team and advise them regarding the new trends in the UK market
-You will need to attend meetings and conferences and travel internationally.
– The job requires significant travel in the UK and from time to time travel to suppliers in other countries including Turkey, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
Skills, qualifications and experience needed:
– You should have minimum 10 years experience in the fashion industry.
– You should have a through knowledge and experience about the textile suppliers in Turkey, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
– You should be preferably fluent in Turkish since main suppliers based in Turkey.
– You should possess strong negotiation and relationship skills,
– You should have experience and knowledge in providing costs/pricing to the buyers (wholesalers and retailers) in the UK.
– You should preferably have a client portfolio in the UK.
– You should have experience in the menswear, womenswear and kidswear and also in knitwear and woven sector.
Salary package: £96,000 – £108,000gross per year
