Sales and Marketing Receptionist

SALES AND MARKETING RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START. BASED IN LEAMINGTON SPA £26,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS + ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS

My client is a well known business and due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Receptionist on a permanent basis to join their team. This exciting opportunity will be the face of the business dealing with customer arrivals so a well presented and professional image is essential. The role will also be involved in marketing and mailshot campaigns, therefore a keen interest in technology and social media is essential! This is an SME business so an individual who has a roll up sleeves approach will fit in well as will a personable and charismatic person where no task is too much.

[ The role ]

– Meet and Greet

Provide correct name badges, sign in customers and provide coffee & lunches. Re-stocking bar area and keeping clean and tidy (including dishwasher etc) and keeping receptionist clear and spotless.

– Marketing duties

Cleaning up company marketing database for on-going campaigns including eliminating duplicate companies, provide business managers with general database queries including phone numbers and postcodes. Adding new customers to the systems and changing records. Maintenance of the website (training will be provided) and sending out mailshots including social media campaigns.

– Admin

General administrative duties as and when required by the business

– Front out house experience or a face to face customer service experience is essential
– Well presented confident approach is essential
– Genuine interest in technology and social media as well as marketing
– A roll up sleeves approach to all tasks is essential
– Good administrative skills with a well organised approach to daily activity
