Sage 1000 or Sage Line 500 Support Consultant – this is an opportunity to use your Support experience and gain new skills at the same time by cross training to Sage ERP X3. Sage ERP X3 skills will help your career and earnings to grow substantially in the future.

Our client is a long established specialist software consultancy, with a growing team of nearly 100 staff, based in North East Birmingham. They have a loyal client base and are constantly evolving to stay ahead of their game. They treat their people extremely well and have an excellent track record of staff retention, with great rewards, recognition and on-going technical and personal development.

You will give 1st line telephone, email and remote support to their Sage 1000, Sage Line 500 and Sage ERP X3 clients and should have excellent communication skills, good problem solving capabilities and a desire to provide the best service you can for your client companies. Sage 1000 or Sage Line 500 Support experience is essential; this may have been gained at an end user site giving internal support or at a Sage Software reseller or consultancy.
