1st Line Support
IT Support / helpdesk person required for growing technology support company based in North London.
Our client offers customers a fully managed IT infrastructure that includes: 24 x 7 network monitoring, 24 x 7 unlimited helpdesk support, managed e-mail, managed security, remote user support and upgraded hardware and software. This is provided for a completely fixed monthly price with no upfront capital expenditure.
The role will be to work in a helpdesk environment supporting customers with their IT issues. Most of the issues are based around Microsoft technologies so you will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and other desktop and server products.
Candidates must have at least 1years experience of working in an IT support environment.
