The Role
A specialist Client based in a lovely relaxed office in the Godalming area is looking for an Advisor to assist with Customer queries relating to IT issues.
The candidate will be assisting customers over the telephone with customer queries relating to an IT issue and following up with customers to ensure the matter has been resolved and the candidate must ensure the customer is more than satisfied with their experience.
The candidate needs to be able to go above and beyond the customer expectations and provide a high level of service.
Full training will be given to enable knowledge of the IT background which is required to fulfil the role.
Qualifications and technical knowledge
- GCSE/A level Grades
- Microsoft Office
- A knowledge of ‘html would be helpful but not necessary
Essential Experience
- Previous customer service related work
- Confident telephone manner
- Good Communication Skills

- Must be a car driver due to the location
