Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year
Role: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Location: Leeds – REMOTE WORKING
Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 DOE

The Role
- 1st line support
- Junior/ Graduate engineer who would like an opportunity to learn and develop skills in IT Security and infrastructure technologies
- Trained in Software Engineering – Business applications, integration flows, and Modern Authentication Protocols
- Contribute to the company’s award-winning IT support by providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for your customers
The Tech Spec
- Experience with Standard/ Modern authentication protocols
- Office 365, AD, Azure AD
- C#,.NET, Java / Script, HTML, CSS, PowerShell is beneficial!
