1st / 2nd Line Support Technician

They are a small IT consultancy business based in Hampton, Middlesex, looking for a talented all round IT professional to join their expanding team. Their team is passionate, hardworking and fun loving individuals. They want an individual who has a great work ethic and wants to develop themselves and their skill set.

They promote training in ITIL and Microsoft qualifications, including study time and resources. The role is a support based role where the successful candidate will be able to support the client user base remotely and by weekly site visits. They will develop project skills and ultimately become responsible for IT projects based on client’s needs.

Please do NOT apply unless you have the following experience:

– Outsourced IT support (for multiple companies) experience at least 2 years
– Excellent communication skills (high standard of written and spoken English)
– Excellent Customer Service skills

Must have Technical Support Experience of all of the following

– Desktops – all operating systems, Windows XP, 7, 8
– Active Directory Administration (2003, 2008)
– Exchange Administration (2003, 2007, 2010)
– Blackberry Exchange Server
– iPhones/iPad/Smart phone
– Hardware support of desktops

nice to have

– Office 365
– Cisco/Meraki
