Potential Recruitment
Salary: £36,000 – £43,200 per year
At just over 10 years old and with nearly 100 employees our client is a successful legal practice that continues to grow and go places and that continues into 2020.
They need a new talented RTA Portal Solicitor to help support this growth.
You will be a qualified lawyer, an experienced litigator – expert at gaining successful settlement of cases. You will have at least 3 years plus of claimant experience having good track record in a similar law practice.
You will also be the key driver of customer service ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are attained at each point of the process.

So, what will your day to day role be?
The Job
Undertaking discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors to ensure the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases and the appointment of costs.
Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings to ensure progress is maximised – always working to bring cases to settlement.
Handling complex cases without assistance
Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing, management information systems to ensure completeness of records and aid business decision making.
Allocating funds to appropriate client accounts
Correspondence and phone calls
Periodic reviews of Client files
Updating reports
Delegating work to team members
Ensuring files are kept to ISO 9001 guidelines
Ensuring compliance with SRA Code of Conduct 2011
Supporting your manager and colleagues where required
