Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is a successful growing Wirral based law firm with a great team in place, they are seeking a Family Solicitor to join their family law team. This is a well established firm with a friendly close knit team, salary is negotiable depending on experience in the region of £36,000 – £48,000per annum.
You should be comfortable managing a high volume varied case load from instruction to completion including:
* Divorce and separation
* Co-habitation, same sex relationships and pre nuptial agreements
* Mediation
* Finances, asset discovery and disclosure
* Protection against violent partner
* Care proceedings, children and residence orders,
* Adoption
* Grandparents and contact rights after divorce
* You will have full support from administrators and legal assistants within the department
Essential Skills
* Give excellent customer service at all times.
* Ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail and work with a high volume case load.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
