Senior Child Care Solicitor – Locum

Salary: £78,000 – £84,000 per year

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Child Care Solicitor who enjoys a varied, fast-paced role and has a passion for all aspects of Family Law and Child Protection.

You will be the legal-aid franchise’s representative for the department and will be managing your own full and varied caseload of the full remit of child protection matters including; making arrangements for children in cases of family breakdown involving divorce, civil partnership dissolution, court proceedings and care cases, social services involvement, and emergency protection orders.

You will be able to hit the ground running and manage the firms’ family law contract, whilst benefiting from blended working – managing your team, caseload and conducting advocacy on-site and remotely.
